    We are seeking a seasoned, adaptable, and team-oriented civil engineering expert with extensive industry connections in Colorado to join us as a Senior Project Manager for our Solid Waste division.

    In this role, you will spearhead the development and acquisition of project opportunities to expand our footprint in the region.

    Additionally, you will oversee a team of engineers and scientists to ensure seamless project execution. This leadership role is pivotal in driving the firm's expansion and holds the potential for eventual ownership.

    It offers a stimulating and dynamic environment, presenting challenges, opportunities to shape project results, regular interaction with project Principals, and avenues for professional growth.


    Job Functions:
    Help develop technical strategy and oversee production of technical work products.
    Coordinate with project team members and clients.
    Interpret and analyze field and laboratory data.
    Oversee the preparation of technical reports, data tables, specifications, and other deliverables.
    Serve as an Engineer-of-Record.
    Manage projects both financially and technically.
    Manage and supervise staff engineers and scientists.
    Prepare proposals and project budgets.
    Secure and develop clientele and serve as primary client manager.

    Qualifications:
    Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, with a specific focus on solid waste, or civil engineering, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering; OR

    Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, with a specific focus on solid waste, and a Master of Science degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.

    Must hold Professional Engineering Licensure for the states within the region or have the capability to obtain it within 6 months.

    Thorough attention to detail and a comprehensive understanding of solid waste permitting, design, and operations.
    Proficiency in landfill design/permitting, stormwater management, leachate and landfill gas management, geotechnical and groundwater engineering, geosynthetics, and associated construction.
    Familiarity with transfer station, recycling facility, and leachate treatment operations.
    Strong organizational, supervisory, mentoring, and time management abilities, coupled with adaptability to shifting priorities.
    Client-focused approach with the capacity to anticipate requirements and deliver accordingly.
    Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

    Salary & Benefits:
    $100,000 to $140,000
