    This is a 3-Month Contract to Hire opportunity.

    Job Title: Staff Engineer

    Location: Littleton, CO (On-Site from Day 1)

    We are looking for a meticulous Staff Engineer to collaborate on enhancing our Client's systems within the Wireless OSS Platforms department.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop product features based on RAN Engineering team feedback
    • Understand RAN technology and translate engineering requirements to Product teams
    • Take ownership of the RAN product vision to create a dynamic product roadmap
    • Effectively communicate customer context and represent user needs for products
    • Break down product features into actionable user stories
    • Prioritize and refine product backlogs for cross-functional application teams
    • Coordinate with Scrum Master for Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Sprint Review, and other ceremonies
    • Manage cross-team delivery, dependencies, and establish best practices
    • Offer technical architecture for new processes and updates
    • Promote completed work, product backlog, and team metrics
    • Enhance productivity using the latest Telecom and Big Data technologies

    Skills and Qualifications:

    • Experience in an Agile environment for product development
    • Familiarity with RAN and IT infrastructures
    • Understanding of cutting-edge cloud technologies
    • A strong willingness to learn and contribute to team knowledge
    • Ability to effectively engage with both technical and business-oriented individuals
