    Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.

  • knowledge of FDA CFR 820, ISO 13485, and ISO 9000 requirements; ISO 13485 Lead Auditor certification is highly desired.

  • minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including previous involvement in quality auditing, particularly supplier audits. documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills are highly desirable.

  • Proficient in oral and written communication in English.

    responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with suppliers to address identified issues and find effective solutions.

  • Prepare comprehensive written reports and effectively communicate audit results to both auditees and management.

  • Oversee and ensure timely implementation of Supplier Corrective Action Reports (SCARs).

  • Provide engineering support for nonconforming material (NMR) and Return Material Authorization (RMA) issues.

  • Update and enhance Supplier files to support current operations and business development activities.

  • Revise and enhance the Supplier Nonconformance (SNC) process.

  • Ensure proper maintenance and documentation of supplier files.

  • Generate and present supplier metrics to management.

  • Lead the supplier approval process, assessing manufacturing and Quality Systems capabilities and associated risks.

  • Develop improvement plans for Critical to Quality (CTQ) suppliers.

  • Supervise personnel to optimize Incoming Inspection cycle time.

  • Develop problem-solving strategies and collaborate with Manufacturing and Quality Engineers to reduce Material Review Board (MRB) inventory.

  • Conduct component characteristic analysis to determine changes in inspection status.
