- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience in managing teams of engineers to provide exceptional engineering services
- Experience in mentoring less experienced engineers in technical and non-technical aspects of stormwater engineering
- Experience in business development and client management
- Practical application of the various hydrology/hydraulics software including, HEC-RAS (1D/2D preferred), and HEC-HMS
- Experience in developing and guiding construction plan packages and/or master planning studies
- Experience in Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Letters of Map Change
- Experience with AutoCAD/Civil3D and GIS.

This role involves all aspects of planning, design, and specialty services related to the stormwater and water resources engineering field. This position is a hands-on in a successful and continually growing employee owned company.
