- Customer service experience and networking skills including OSI Layers 1-3, SONET, Time Division Multiplexing (TDM), RF, OSPF, BGP MPLS and HSRP technologies.
- Familiarity working with network technologies such as Ethernet IP Frame Relay ATM WAN LAN SONET and TDM using test methods to analyze channelized/unchanneled T1/T3 DAC equipment and Netflow tools.
