Job Description- Job Title: French Bilingual Service Analyst Associate I - Role: Support to end-users and pro-active monitoring of PPG's computer system through ITIL methodology best practices of Incident, Problem and Knowledge centered support
05/20/2024 (Flexible) - Duration: 4 months with potential extension - Work Mode: Hybrid (In-office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays and remote on Monday and Friday) - Location: Cranberry Township, PA - Responsibilities: Identify, research, and resolve technical problems, respond to support requests, monitor PPG's computer systems, track and monitor problems for timely resolutions, work directly with customers on complex problems, participate in projects to improve customer responsiveness, and plan and monitor goals
Bilingual (French), 2-year degree in IT or related field, 1-3 years technical support experience, knowledge of ITIL standards or best practices, and intermediate knowledge of infrastructure support components
Experience in Global IT Service Desk function, advanced troubleshooting skills, strong analytical abilities, strong communication and organizational skills, ability to work independently or in a team, ability to interact with a diverse user base, availability to work rotating shifts and holidays, and ability to work in an office or retail store environment
Rotating shifts between Mon-Fri 7:00am-4:00pm, 8:00am-5:00pm, 9:00am-6:00pm, Saturday 7:00am-4:00pm. OT is available if approved.
