    We are seeking a Director of Affiliate and Ads Sales who will be responsible for driving sales to commercial brand partners to drive the affiliate and ads revenue on the Shop Marketplace.

    This person will be responsible for working with affiliate networks, agencies and brands to negotiate affiliate commissions, sell ads, and acquire partners.

    This leader will also be responsible for understanding member needs, source quality offers from brands, run operations for the Shop store, and drive brand success using merchandising on Shop website and emails.


    Responsibilities

    Own the affiliate and ads sales to commercial advertisers
    Lay down clear strategy to achieve product market fit by member segment on the Shop Marketplace
    Empathize with members and understand their needs
    Lay down offer sourcing strategy by member segment and package the offers to create unique value proposition for users
    Ensure partners achieve success on Shop using merchandising and advocating for key product features
    Conduct market research for expansion into new markets and vertical segments
    Operate a high-performance organization. Holds high standards, continually synthesizes the situation, and is able to anticipate risks.
    Operate the marketplace weekly using data and insights

    Ideal Qualifications

    10+ years of Affiliate Industry sales experience to advertisers
    Use qualitative and quantitative data to drive decision making.
    Strong business acumen and ability to build strong business partnerships
    Strength in applying processes in a fast-paced environment while maintaining room for flexibility and quick iterations
    Thought leader with successful track record of communicating effectively with senior leadership

    The annual base salary listed below for this role is based on experience, skills, education, relevant training and geographic location.

    Pay Range

    $184,313$210,000 USD
