    The Infrastructure Operations team serves as the backbone of our operational and developmental environments, ensuring seamless functionality and top-tier security.

    This leadership role seeks a Vice President to spearhead our infrastructure strategy, harnessing cutting-edge cloud capabilities to bolster market agility and operational efficiency while maintaining unwavering quality to meet client demands.

    Key Responsibilities

    Lead the design and deployment of highly resilient solutions across the software development lifecycle, with a particular emphasis on internet-facing fintech platforms.

    Develop and refine tools to optimize the development environment across MacOS and Linux platforms, enhancing developer efficiency.
    Champion site reliability efforts, prioritizing scalability and fault tolerance at every level of infrastructure.
    Drive automation initiatives to streamline cloud infrastructure management and software delivery processes.
    Architect and manage Kubernetes ecosystems for container orchestration and management.
    Participate in on-call rotations to gain firsthand insights into system dynamics and develop automation frameworks.
    Candidate Qualifications
    Possess 10+ years of experience in DevOps, TechOps, or SRE roles, with at least 5 years in AWS environments.
    Demonstrated expertise in microservices architecture, including Docker and Kubernetes, within production contexts.
    Proficiency in Linux systems administration, scripting, and configuration management.
    Familiarity with diverse databases such as MongoDB, Postgres, and DynamoDB.
    Strong command of monitoring tools like Prometheus/Grafana, CloudWatch, Splunk, NewRelic, and ELK in cloud settings.
    Proficient coding abilities extending beyond basic scripting, preferably in Python, Ruby, or Java.
    Experience in infrastructure provisioning on cloud platforms using Terraform and/or CloudFormation.
    Exceptional analytical and troubleshooting skills for distributed systems.
    Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a keen interest in knowledge sharing and team learning.
    AWS certifications are advantageous.

    This role offers a base salary range of $150,000 to $200,000. Our comprehensive compensation package includes salary, equity, and an annual performance bonus.
