As a residential and commercial field manager for paint and drywall, your responsibilities would include overseeing all aspects of painting and drywall installation projects within your designated communities.

Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in construction.

Project Management:

Coordinate and manage multiple painting and drywall projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of clients.

Supervision:
Directly manage subcontractors. This includes assigning tasks, providing training, and ensuring compliance with quality requirements.

Client Relations:

Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns or inquiries they may have throughout the project.

Maintain strong relationships to secure repeat business and referrals.

Material Procurement:

Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of paint, drywall, and other necessary materials for each project, while also monitoring inventory levels to prevent shortages.

Quality Control:

Conduct regular inspections to ensure that painting and drywall installation work meets quality standards and adheres to industry best practices.

Budget Management:

Monitor project budgets closely, tracking expenses and making adjustments as needed to stay within financial constraints while maximizing profitability.

Problem Solving:

Address any issues or challenges that arise during the course of projects, such as scheduling conflicts, material shortages, or unforeseen obstacles, and implement effective solutions.

Continuous Improvement:
