    Description

    Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - PRN - Nights

    The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will provide medical services to patients and oversee the development of treatment plans.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide medical care and education to patients
    • Administer medications and monitor patient symptoms
    • Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
    • Document patient information and progress in a timely manner
    • Maintain effective communication with patients, families, and staff members

    Requirements:

    • Current LPN licensure in the state of employment
    • At least 2 years of experience as an LPN, preferably in inpatient/residential settings
    • CPR/First Aid/AED certification
    • Knowledge of electronic medical records systems

    This position requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to build rapport with patients and their families.

    Compensation: $25-33/hour
