Branch Managers are leaders of the branch and serve as the face of Grand Savings Bank in the community by actively participating in community events, committees, and business groups.

The position manages and oversees branch personnel, supervises branch operations, and ensures efficient operation on a day-to-day basis. The Branch Manager works to improve productivity and streamlines branch activities to maximize results and achieve peak performance levels.

The position will ensure customer satisfaction and proper branch operation and possess in-depth knowledge of Grand Savings Bank products, services, procedures and systems.

Strong financial acumen is a must.
