    Description

    The Lehigh Valley Orthopedic Institute (LVOI) seeks an outstanding leader in Orthopaedic Foot & Ankle Surgery to serve as our Division Chief.

    The LVOI is one of the countrys largest and busiest Musculoskeletal care centers; Our Institute has been recognized by US News & World Report as #27 in the Nation.


    In partnership with the Physician-in-Chief (to whom the successful candidate would report) and the Executive Leadership Council (ELC), the roles and responsibilities of the Foot & Ankle Division Chief would include, but not be limited to:
    1) Oversee clinical operations for all Foot & Ankle Surgery at all locations
    2) Manage day-to-day activities of the Division and its Section of Podiatric Medicine and Surgery
    3) Mentor Division members, promote educational programs and encourage scientific inquiry
    4) Work with the Physician-in-Chief and Executive Leadership Council to direct the strategy and vision for LVOI by contributing insights from the Foot & Ankle Division, as well as adhere to and uphold the LVOIs Citizenship commitments
    6) Work collaboratively with leadership across all divisions at in LVOI and across the Network
    A valid Pennsylvania medical license
    MD or DO degree from an accredited degree-granting institution
    Board certification/eligibility in Orthopedic Surgery
