    ‍ Role: Real Estate Partner

    Oversee property transactions

    Draft and negotiate property documents

    Advise clients on property law

    Build and maintain client relationships

    Represent the firm at industry events

    Mentor and guide junior lawyers

    Requirements:

    10+ years of experience

    Background in any area of law acceptable

    Established book of business that exceeds salary requirements

    Package & Benefits:

    $300K – $400K depending on experience

    Performance based bonus dependent on success – ability to influence your own earnings

    Generous paid time off (PTO) to support your overall well-being

    Remote work option if located in-state
