- Create, track and maintain detailed project schedules for development efforts
- Work with project team to understand and assist with tracking all work, task and project assignments.
- Track project activities and team communication.
- Participate in program meetings, coordinate meetings, and prepare and / or edit meeting minutes and presentations.
- Responsible for software project planning and development oversight.
- Work with other IC members to gather system / project requirements and develop and implement solutions.
- Evaluate, test, and document available technologies against requirements.
- Document white papers, user guides, installation procedures, status reports, test plans and procedures, security authorization artifacts such as; Privileged User Guides, Configuration Management Plan documents, and Security Concept of Operations Documents if required.
- Understand agile methodologies for software engineering projects.
- Must be able to develop in Python and Pearl
- Must have a strong Web technology background (HTML5, etc.)
- Must have experience using Jira and GitLab Required Experience
- At least 7 years as a Systems Engineering and Project Management
- Experience with MS Projects, Visio, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- Experience with documenting technical guides.
- Experience with documenting requirements and evaluating products
- Practice/Technical Manager leads experienced consulting teams and responsible for the day-to-day implementation and operations aspects of the system for high quality, integrated solutions within constraints of time and budget
