    Hogsalt is seeking a Full-Time HVAC and Refrigeration Repair Technician to support our current restaurants in New York.

    Experience & Qualifications:
    • Minimum of 2 years in-field experience with commercial HVAC and Refrigeration.
    • Knowledge of kitchen facilities and equipment is preferred.
    • Able to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams, as well as have a working knowledge of electrical systems.
    • Individuals with hotel maintenance experience are encouraged to apply.
    • Must be able to reliably commute to Manhattan or provide a reliable vehicle.
      • Hogsalt covers on-duty parking expenses.
      • Compensation for travel mileage.
      • Must have a valid driver's license.
    • EPA Universal Certification is required.
    Shift and Schedule:
    • Must be available to work up to 40 hours per week.
    • Available on a 24-hour basis for scheduled two on-call shifts a week to address building emergencies.
    • Set weekly schedule.
      • Sunday- Thursday.
      • Early morning to early afternoon.
    • 8-hour workday is typical.

    Job Responsibilities:
    • Perform repairs in the following areas. Some familiarity with associated manufacturers is preferred
      • HVAC - LG, Daikin, Captive Aire, Accurex,
      • Refrigeration - Glastender, Continental, Cooltec.
      • Plumbing - Toto, Crown, Everpure.
      • Electrical - Siemens, Square D, Eaton.
      • Kitchen equipment - Rational, Jade, Pitco, Southbend.
    • General restaurant maintenance.
    • Respond to maintenance requests from restaurants in a timely fashion.
    • Perform regular property inspections.
    • Work well independently and on a team.
    • Advise restaurant managers on a variety of technical engineering issues.
    • Report to Facilities Director and Facilities Manager.
