New Year New Career at OhioGuidestone is the state leader in community behavioral health care serving around 26 Ohioans each year We focus on the needs of the whole person by providing telehealth and in-person prevention services as well as mental health and substance use treatment As we help people navigate the most difficult times in their lives with compassion and respect we ultimately empower them to take steps towards a healthier futureEssential Functions: Leads a team of financial analysts Responsible for planning organizing and managing the annual financial planning process and reforecasting process This includes monthly reforecasts of income statement balance sheet and cash flow components Provides an assessment of the financial health of the company by analyzing historical data identifying trends projecting future financial performance Identify implement maintain budgeting forecasting analysis tools i.e Netsuite Power BI etc Driving ongoing process improvements to increase overall quality efficiency analysis which includes proactive modeling analysis tools Provide technical expertise advice on financial issues to functional or operational areas managers to help them develop revenue expense budgets understand financial reports manage their fi nancial responsibilities Uncover deliver on revenue maximization cost reduction opportunities partnering with operational leaders Partner with revenue program contract teams drive growth initiatives through developing recommended pricing reviewing trends maximize future internal external growth initiatives incentives Participate strategic planning sessions analyze relevant strategic initiatives Regularly measure performance against strategic plan goals Coordinates prioritizes reviews program budgets grant opportunities ensure profitability programs services business opportunities being considered Conduct ad hoc pro forma what if analyses support Finance Operations Assist ongoing needs supporting capital structure organization Maintains regular reliable attendance May involved planning organization implementation special events department specific projects seasonal program changes In times need employee may asked complete related duties other than those indicated above assigned supervisor hr>
