Description

Job Title: Client Service Specialist

Summary:

This role is for a skilled Client Service Specialist to support high net worth client relationships and provide comprehensive concierge and lifestyle services on both an accounting and personal level.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Wealth Managers, Client Services, and Client Accounting teams to support clients and prospects.
Serve as a key liaison to other areas supporting client needs and solutions.
Facilitate real estate and auto transactions, assisting clients with insurance claims, monitoring credit reports, coordinating moves, and setting up utility services, as well as travel arrangements.
Assist with and manage the new client on-boarding process within the Family Office.
Maintain client accounts, including opening and closing accounts, preparing transfer forms, address changes, and maintaining master account lists.
Process client wire transfers in coordination with the Wealth Manager.
Meet with clients to fulfill requests, gather documents, and follow up.
Consistently follow up with clients to ensure timely execution of all open items.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Ability to work in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment and provide leadership.
Thrives in a high-energy team-based environment.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
Maintains absolute confidentiality of client information.
CRM and QuickBooks experience is a plus.

Estimated Salary:

$60,000 - $80,000 per year.
