    Summary
    Per Sé Group is working with a leading heavy civil contractor looking to hire an Asphalt/Paving Superintendent in Indianapolis. The ideal candidate has roadway construction and paving experience with asphalt and concrete. INDOT experience is preferred.

    Responsibilities Work with Project Managers and Foreman to plan and organize activities relating to the construction projectsSchedule the project in logical steps and budget the time required to meet deadlinesAssist in the implementation of quality control programs and safetyProperly notify clients of delays due to weather, changes, etc Preferred Skills and Expertise 5+ years of heavy civil construction experienceStrong written and verbal communication skillsStrong management skillsComputer knowledge and efficiencyAbility to read drawings and specificationsFunctions effectively as part of a teamExhibits strong leadership qualitiesPandoLogic.
