    The Customer Success Department is responsible for not only the success of our clients but also ensuring year over year retention and growth.

    We are responsible for building lasting relationships with all our clients. Customer Success Associates at Taxfyle are responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients. This individual is a self-starter and able to work in a fast paced environment.

    They actively solve problems with clients in a timely manner and fully analyze any issue before escalating to a manager.

    All associates are well versed in the Taxfyle platform and also assist with the onboarding and implementation of our smaller B2B clients.

    They are responsible for proactively following up with customers and ensuring user adoption for their assigned B2B clients.

    Qualifications

    RESPONSIBILITIES
    Support new client deployments and on-board client teams, enabling them to gain immediate and ongoing value from Taxfyle

    Ensure customers derive maximum value from Taxfyle

    Analyze the clients business model to ensure the correct workflow on our platform

    Own the engagement, retention, and growth of your customers

    Create and improve upon internal processes to support seamless deployments and customer engagements

    Address general client and CPA/EA concerns over our messaging platform

    Collaborate and share customer feedback with internal Product, Engineering, and other cross-functional colleagues to enhance ongoing product development efforts

    Completing special projects as needed and other duties as assigned

    Qualifications and Skills

    Bachelor's degree (B.S. or B.A.) from a four-year college or university.

    Demonstrated experience providing excellent customer service in a professional environmenT

    Demonstrated experience operating with a high level of integrity in a service-oriented role

    Demonstrated communication skills - you can write in a clear, pleasant, professional way to a variety of audiences even in difficult situations

    Superb time management skills - you can organize and manage multiple priorities and frequent distractions

    Proficiency with Google Docs, Sheets, and Gmail

    A flexible and hard-working spirit, proud to work in the trenches to delight our customers

    Salary

    $50,000-$55,000.00 DOE
