    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Conduct effective prospecting to meet Interroll' s sales plan for geographic area of responsibility.
    Achieves the Region's revenue and profitability quotas for Interroll products.
    Presenting on a constant basis and having excellent verbal and written communication skills is a must.
    Ability to work remotely and develop new business in covering a multi-state territory;

    California, Nevada, Oregon, Washington, Alaska and Hawaii.
    Responsible for the Region's forecasting and sales tracking.
    Strong problem solving skills with relentless prospecting and drive to close sales constantly.
    An understanding of warehousing equipment.
    Communicate with HQ on written policies and procedures related to compliance activities.
    Travel frequently to meet customers and potential customers.
    Be the Trusted advisor with deep knowledge of products, solutions and applications.
    Communicate and coordinate with colleagues throughout the organization to deliver value and results.

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    Possess a bachelor's degree or technical experience in either an engineering or business discipline.
    Possess at least 3 plus years of proven results
    Possess experience in an industrial environment (preferably production, assembly or automation).
    Possess exposure to Western Region of the USA.
    Must be a team player, flexible and able to cope with tight deadlines.
    Must be pragmatic and with hands on attitude.
    Possess the ability to develop strong relationships across the organization.
