We are currently working with a manufacturing client in the Pottstown, PA area who is seeking an HR Generalist to join their team. The position would pay based on experience but could range between $59,000 - $64,000/year and include benefits such as medical, dental, 401K and PTO.

Job duties:

• Develops company-wide HR policies, procedures, and practices in accordance with corporate objectives and federal/state legal requirements
• Promotes positive employee relations
• Assists with the recruitment and interview process
• Answers employee requests and questions
• Audits and acts as a backup for payroll processing
• Administers health and benefit plans

Job requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience as an HR Generalist, ideally in a manufacturing or similar industry
• Proficient in MS Office and ADP WorkForce (or similar program)
• Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within a fast paced environment
