Job Title: Part Time Retail Associate

Job Summary:

The Corpus Christi Hooks are seeking friendly individuals to join their team as Part Time Retail Associates for the in-stadium retail store locations. This role requires excellent customer service and communication skills, along with a flexible schedule to accommodate games at various times throughout the season.

Responsibilities:

Greets and assists guests with their inquiries and purchases.
Handles sales transactions and ensures accurate processing.
Maintains a clean and organized store environment.
Monitors for security risks and theft prevention.
Completes all necessary paperwork and inventory tasks.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Experience in cash handling and operating point-of-sale systems.
Strong customer service skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and independently.
Basic math skills and willingness to promote products.

Work Environment:

This position involves working in a stadium environment, both indoors and outdoors, with moderate noise levels.

Physical Demands:

Ability to lift items up to 15 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Strong focus and attention to detail for visual tasks.

Schedule:

Flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Travel:

No travel required for this role.
