    Description

    Duval Landscape Maintenance is on the lookout for an exceptional candidate to fill the role of Branch Manager at our Sarasota Branch.

    As our Branch Manager, you'll take the helm in assigning, overseeing, and supervising all branch operations. Your journey will be filled with exciting responsibilities, including directing operational aspects, promptly resolving customer and employee concerns, managing budgets, crafting forecasts, scouting the market for growth opportunities, upholding impeccable ethical standards, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and laws.

    In the role of Branch Manager, your primary mission will include:

    • Skillfully managing branch profit and loss.
    • Achieving and surpassing branch goals in quality, retention, growth, and profitability.
    • Leading the branch by providing training and analyzing crew performance, setting production standards, and sharing operational best practices to meet contractual specifications.
    • Actively seeking prospective clients through effective lead generation.
    • Collaborating with our Administration team to ensure accurate billing, accounts payable, and payroll processing.
    • Engaging in monthly close-out meetings with the CFO and Owner.
    • Working closely with the CFO and Owner to create an annual labor and material budget for the branch.
    • Coordinating and supervising monthly branch inventory management.
    • Demonstrating expertise in environmental safety hazards regulated by OSHA, EPA, and the DOT.
    • Developing, enforcing, and monitoring safety protocols for personnel to follow diligently.

    Qualifications:

    • 3-5 years of progressive experience in client relationship management, financial management (including budgeting and profit and loss management), personnel and employee management, team building and development, safety management, asset management, and business administration.
    • Possession of a valid Florida driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
