- Maintain policies, procedures, RACI's, and charters methodically and efficiently.
- Establish and facilitate a robust global sourcing council structure and rhythm.
- Coach, educate, and inform associates on policies and procedures.
- Define and ensure self-audits for compliance with Global Procurement Policy.
- Develop metrics and implement analytical tools with high adoption rates.
- Collaborate with internal audit to ensure appropriate actions on compliance issues with clear ownership for resolution.
- Identify and execute actions to streamline and automate workflows to support strategic sourcing operations and compliance effectively.
- Benchmark, analyze, monitor, and report on best practices in sourcing governance.
- Review existing Kohler Co. sourcing Policies and Procedures, monitor compliance, and identify risk mitigation strategies.
- Identify and prioritize analytical tools' architecture, development, application, and deployment.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business.
- Minimum of 5+ years' experience in sourcing, audit, compliance, or related roles demonstrating proficiency in establishing procedural systems.
- 5+ years of team management experience with groups of 3 or more individuals.
- 5+ years of experience in Global Procurement Policy compliance.
- Proficiency in utilizing common Microsoft Office software applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Opportunity
In this role, as the Manager of Global Sourcing Governance & Compliance, you'll collaborate with the strategic sourcing leadership team to establish and oversee policies, procedures, charters, and metrics to optimize the strategic sourcing approach. You'll identify potential risks affecting compliance, working closely with various functions like internal audit, ethics, engineering, and manufacturing to ensure the most effective approach. This role will lead the definition and implementation of analytics strategies and enhance the Strategic Sourcing Council's effectiveness in setting direction and aligning policies.
