    **What youll do:**

    The Shift Supervisor is a member of the Site Management Team. Primarily responsible for the daily management and supervisory control of Group Living operations under the supervision of the Director of Group Living and/or Program Director. Ensures ROP programs are being implemented in accordance with ROP policies and procedures and Federal, State and Local licensing requirements. This position must have full and direct supervision of a minimum of two full-time employees.

    **To be considered, you should:**

    Bachelors degree in Public/Business Administration, Behavior Science, Counseling, Secondary Education, Health, Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, Criminal Justice, Social/Human Services OR any equivalent combination numbers of years experience, education and/or training that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position. Military experience and training is acceptable.

    Have 3 year experience in Juvenile treatment or corrections.

    Be at least 21 years of age.

    Have a desire to work with troubled teens.

    Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen (We no longer test for THC), physical, and TB test.
