-Cloud configurations and customizations. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document system requirements.
- Configure and customize Oracle Recruiting
-Cloud to meet the organization's specific needs. - Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Oracle Recruiting Cloud applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle Recruiting
-Cloud functionality. - Develop and maintain system documentation, including configuration specifications and user guides. Stay current with Oracle Recruiting Cloud updates and new features, and evaluate their potential impact on the organization's processes.
- Clear communication skills Thought leadership skills.
- Design thinking
- 2+ years of experience in Oracle Recruiting cloud; recruiting process and system improvements in ORC; understand abilities within ORC and have resolved gaps within the product thru configurations/ customizations.
- Oracle Recruiting Cloud General recruiting knowledge HCM Experience
- Bachelor degree
