Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in the Toledo, Ohio Metropolitan Area for a Vice President of Human Resources. The Vice President of HR will oversee all aspects of the company's human resources operations, including the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives that align with business goals. Primary responsibilities include managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with HR policies, leading the development of HR programs, overseeing employee benefits administration, and optimizing Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). The individual will act as a strategic partner to leadership, fostering an inclusive and productive workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Human Resource experience in multi-unit organization
- Comprehensive knowledge of Human Resources (HR) strategies and practices
- Strong experience in developing, implementing, and monitoring HR policies and ensuring alignment with compliance and legal standards
- Proven ability to manage Employee Relations and address workplace concerns effectively
- Expertise in Employee Benefits management and growth-oriented benefit strategies
- Proficiency with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) for payroll, data analysis, and reporting
- Leadership experience with strategic planning and team management
- Outstanding communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields; advanced degree or certification is advantageous
