HERES WHAT YOULL BE DOING:

As the manager of a portfolio of key HydraFacial delivery systems, you will write detailed product requirements informed by user insights for R&D, Operations and software teams then kick new products into development.

You will provide guidance to the cross functional team throughout the development lifecycle by triaging, prioritizing, making tradeoffs and decisions daily, balancing competing needs & interests to drive effective execution and strategy.

Youll design, organize and lead user testing activities to ensure the product intent is realized at launch.

Develop and execute comprehensive product launch plans, set pricing and configuration strategies in close collaboration with R&D, Operations, Sales, Marketing and Training.

Perform market/product analyses and use those findings to develop the product roadmap that ladder up to our brand and strategic initiatives, and present recommendations for stakeholder alignment.

HERES WHAT YOULL BRING TO THE ROLE:
Experience overseeing roadmap strategy and definition
Experience with agile principles of product management and/or working in scrums
Ability to communicate technically and translate complex concepts into digestible ideas

you know how to gain influence and buy-in from ALL stakeholders in a clear and succinct way.
5+ years of experience in global product management

Strong plus if its been within the medical device, medical aesthetics space
4-year college degree in Marketing, Engineering or Management preferred.
