Job summary
This position requires assisting with care and treatment of psychiatric drug alcohol patients advocating for vulnerable or needy patients Parent Family counseling including management training family systems interventions adhering to guidelines for special status suicide sexual abuse or AWOL precautions providing accurate shift-to-shift report remaining on unit while incoming shift in report thinking acting quickly efficiently in emergencies displaying professional boundaries relationships with patients at all times completing filing required documentation timely manner ability work well collaboratively independently operate Electronic Health Records EHR system manage multiple competing priorities successfully basic computer skills give full attention people saying taking time understand points being made asking questions inappropriate times.
