    Primary Talent Partners has a Telecommunication Project Manager role available

    hybrid role 4 days onsite, must have telecom experience


    Responsible for managing regional projects and innovation initiatives while implementing and maintaining standards for Network Implementation and Operations (NI&O) teams across regions and districts.

    Serve as liaison between NI&O organization, district teams, and cross-functional partners. Coordinate implementation and training efforts to ensure consistent usage across all regions. Develop project plans, report performance against KPIs and OKRs, identify best practices, and drive consistency.

    Collaborate with multiple business partners to achieve corporate objectives focused on Ease, Speed, and Predictability (ESP), improving processes, deliverables, and customer experience.

    Proactively manage ambiguity and demonstrate agility in anticipating and adjusting to change quickly. Lead regional reporting on initiatives, applying LEAN/PDCA processes for district adoption. Maintain open communication across functional teams and support regional NI&O organization in fostering
    's vision and values. This role ensures 's innovation and operations initiatives meet or exceed expectations.

    Responsibilities

    Lead regional projects and innovation, ensuring smooth execution.
    Serve as a liaison between NI&O, districts, and cross-functional partners.
    Coordinate implementation and provide training for uniformity.
    Develop detailed project plans and monitor KPIs and OKRs closely.
    Identify and implement standards and best practices for efficiency.
    Collaborate with district teams to enhance processes and customer experience.
    Utilize LEAN/PDCA methods for district improvement.
    Generate reports to analyze and improve process efficiencies and performance.
    Proactively solve problems and manage ambiguity for success.

    Qualifications

    Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
    Minimum five (5) years of telecommunications experience required
    Minimum five (5) years of project management experience with measured results
    Certification in Six Sigma, Lean Principles, or PMP is advantageous.
    Experience working with Microsoft products, especially Excel and Power BI

    The candidate must have strong analytical skills and proven ability in determining the root cause of problems and the base set of conditions for their occurrence.

    He/she must exhibit the ability to assess the priority and severity of issues by understanding business objectives, technical costs, and user needs as well as weigh alternatives for resolution.

    Curiosity, initiative, and drive, along with the ability to quickly learn new technology, and a willingness to think strategically and tactically will be critical to success in this position
    Ability to diagnose workflow problems and institute remedies

    Working Conditions:
    Works in a normal office setting with no exposure to adverse environmental conditions


    Hybrid schedule:
    Mon-Thurs in office; option to work remote on Fridays
