    Skill Level:
    Technical Training 2 years' experience, Engine shop

    Duties and Responsibilities:
    CNC Machine Maintenance Experience REQUIRED
    Familiarity with NTC, GROB, Schenk, J-Tek or similar CNC Machining Centers
    Works safely and professionally.
    Troubleshoot Engine ASRS, piston insert machine, Cam gauge machine and test equipment
    Must be highly proficient with PLC (Siemens, AB, Mesec) Software system
    Capable of troubleshooting NC Controllers and programs such as Fanuc and Siemens
    Capable of troubleshooting CNC, inspecting equipment and make repairs independently.
    Make equipment improvements.
    Proficient in operating and teaching Robots, Multi axis, linear axes and SCARA type.
    Skills to repair high precision mechanical components including Machining Centers (index table, Spindle/Grinders.
    Troubleshoot and repair Engine shop MCC repair, Ball screw and LM guide replacement
    Operate repair and spec adjustment to crank grinder machines.
    5S the oil area to meet safety and environmental standards.
    Report discrepancies or conditions of production equipment.
    Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by Leadec Manager.
    Good oral and written communication skills and good team building skills.
    Capability to work in an unsupervised position effectively.
    Make equipment improvements.
    Advanced understanding of Electrical, PLC, Programing and Controls.
    Vison systems, Grinder/Lathe / Mill. ASRS Checks IPT MC Check and repair.
    Demonstrate initiative and strong work habits.
    Advanced Computer Skills

    Requirements:
    Maintenance Technical Graduate level skill with experience.
    Previous manufacturing experience
    Required to talk and/or hear in an industrial setting (noise level is high). Frequently required to stand and walk on concrete surfaces from 4 -12 hours.
    Occasionally required to reach with hands and arms; lift; stoop, or crouch

    Ability to lift to 50 lbs., push or pull up to 100 lbs., ascend and descend steps or ladders; bend or kneel.

    Must pass post-offer background check and drug test.
    Ability to work up to 60 hrs. per week.
