Job Description

This role is responsible for overseeing the profitable functioning of a specific shift assigned by the General Manager, ensuring compliance with all company regulations and guidelines.

Ensure full compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including health, hour and wage regulations, age restrictions, fair employment practices, ADA, and other relevant regulations necessary for lawful business operations.
Ensure understanding, compliance, and enforcement of all Firehouse Subs Policies and Procedures.
Guarantee business profitability by operating shifts according to set guidelines for food cost, labor, controllable expenses, utilities, and sales growth.
Offer leadership to the restaurant team to consistently uphold superior guest service, quality, and cleanliness standards while embodying the Firehouse Subs culture, mission, and vision.
Assist the GM in planning and executing current operational strategies and company initiatives in a profitable and efficient manner.
Participate in the recruitment, hiring, training, and disciplinary processes of employees under the GM's supervision.
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely completion of all required programs, reports, and legal documents.
Actively engage in all initiatives of the Public Safety Foundation.
Portray Firehouse Subs professionally and positively at all times.
Effectively communicate with the GM/Owner regarding any issues that may affect the business.
Capable of standing for up to 13 hours and lifting up to 50 lbs.
Perform any other tasks as assigned by the GM/Owner.
