    An industry leader in the Telecommunications field is looking for a customer success manager to help the company manage their Saas buisness optimization platform. Candidates would joining the established Customer Success Team, alongside other managers. Ideal candidates for this role are able to utilize data analysis skills on a daily basis.

    Required Skills & Experience

    • Analytical and Conceptual Thinking Mastery; Demonstrated Proficiency Preferred
    • Effective Communication across Diverse Disciplines: Financial Analysis, Software Engineering, and Geospatial Data
    • Critical Thinking and Problem-solving Aptitude
    • Proficiency in SQL with an Eagerness to Acquire New Coding Skills
    • Hands-on Experience with Handling Large Datasets
    • Telecom and Fiber Networks Knowledge Highly Desired
    • Familiarity with Relational and Geospatial Database Engines, Specifically PostgreSQL and PostGIS, Preferred
    • Additional Proficiency in Java and Python Valued Experience/Education
      • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a Relevant Field
      • 3-5 Years of Professional Experience in a Dynamic Technology or Consulting Environment with a Proven Track Record of Achievement or Equivalent Relevant Experience
