    At ENT Specialists of Wisconsin, we are growing and looking for a compassionate, organized, and proactive Medical Assistant or LPN to join our clinic team as a full-time Patient Care Liaison .

    This is more than a phone-based role — you are the connection point between patients, providers, and life-changing treatment.

    What You'll Do
    As a Patient Care Liaison, you are a critical hub in the patient care journey. Your work ensures patients receive timely care, clear communication, and seamless coordination.

    Key responsibilities include:

    • Managing incoming calls and web messages from patients, provider offices, hospitals, and pharmacies
    • Coordinating cancer treatment referrals (radiation, imaging, medical oncology)
    • Scheduling routine and urgent provider visits
    • Coordinating urgent add-ons and consultations with physicians and medical assistants
    • Managing medication refills, e-scripts, and triage voicemails
    • Processing telephone encounters and documentation
    • Supporting patient service representatives and medical assistants as a resource
    • Assisting with additional administrative duties as needed

    What We're Looking For


    • CMA or LPN preferred
    • Minimum 2 years of clinic experience (or similar healthcare setting)
    • Strong communication and multitasking skills
    • Ability to prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced environment
    • A team-oriented mindset and positive attitude
    • This position can be based in Appleton or Oshkosh
