Job summary
The Construction Draw Specialistis responsible for managing a portfolio of loans consisting of One Time Close FHA,
Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and VA loan products to ensure construction projects stay on task and are completed within the applicable timeframe.
The Specialist maintains consistent communication with all parties,
processing construction draw requests,
change orders and reviewing inspection reports in accordance with Investor Guidelines.
- Receives and reviews project and builder validation documents,
- Closes documents for consistency and accuracy.
