    McClure Company Service is seeking a confident and initiative-taking technical sales professional to grow our
    HVACMechanical Services :business in the Maryland, DC, and Northern Virginia business areas.

    This position is responsible for building additional customer base and developing strong business relationships.

    HVAC

    Sales Specialist Essential Functions::

    • With minimal supervision, presents the McClure Company offerings – particularly focused on the company's target vertical markets; commercial, industrial, healthcare, education, and government.
    • Create cost estimates for
      HVACProject and Maintenance scopes of work.
    • Survey mechanical systems, equipment, and job conditions.
    • Build rapport and positive working relationships with office staff, field personnel and management.
    • Become proficient on the McClure Company sales selling system.

    • HVACSales :Specialist Experience, technical skills & attributes required::
    • Three (3) or more years of proven technical
      HVACindustry solution selling experience working directly with our target markets.
    • Initiativetaking, relentless sales focus.
    • Keen intelligence and negotiation skills.
    • Proficient in computer skills.
    Position is full-time Monday - Friday
