Looking for a self-starter to join the Culligan Enterprise Dealer Group (EDG) FP&A team.

Must be able to work individually with moderate level of guidance and as part of a collaborative team across different business units and functions.

This includes supporting monthly financial and operational reviews, leading the annual budget and quarterly forecast, and partnering with business unit leadership to deliver on key initiatives.

This role will support the WaterCo business unit which is one business units under the EDG division.

This individual will identify opportunities using analytical skills, collaborate with stakeholders to generate innovative ideas, and implement best practice solutions.

Responsibilities:

Lead the annual budget which includes P&L, Balance Sheet, and CapEx ownershipDrive the quarterly re-forecasting process to contemplate year-to-date run rates and future trends that will impact balance of year performancePerform monthly reviews and prepare variance commentary on MTD, QTD, and YTD business unit financial performance vs.

plan and prior yearAnalyze key performance indicators and prepare analysis to support strategic initiatives and drive operational efficienciesPartner with business unit leadership on ad hoc projects that streamline reporting and contribute to process improvementsRequirements:
Bachelors Degree (B.S.) in Finance, Accounting, or Economics2+ years of experience in an analytical finance roleIntermediate knowledge of building detailed financial models that can Budget/Forecast P&L and Balance SheetAbility to effectively communicate across different stakeholdersSelf-starter who thrives in an entrepreneurial environmentTo perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies in this position:Adaptability Conflict Resolution ResourcefulnessAnalytical Reasoning Organization Teamwork#J-18808-Ljbffr
