Job summary
Position: Health Technology Analyst The Health Technology Analyst shall provide the following services in the Medical Logistics & Acquisition Program Management Office Duties Manage equipment life cycle and sustainment program at MTFs within the NCR Integrate plans to determine requirements acquire sustain and maintain equipment Execute program to prioritize validate submit requirements in LogiCole to fund procurement requirements for MTFs Monitor property accountability compliance and reporting IAWregulatory guidance Direct program to maintain and sustain medical devices at MTFs in compliance with quality equipment preventive maintenance manufacturer FDA Joint Commission standards Identify requirements for strategic sourcing purchasing maintenance service contracts to support MTFs Provide PMO oversight for medical device logistics cyber RMF action steps Prioritize assess equipment for MEDCOI MHS Genesis integration conjunction with IT Synchronize report property equipment requirements standardization Monitor hazardous alerts recalls communicate MTFs compliance/reporting Develop program Financial Liability reporting monitoring Monitor entry required Internal Use Software data logistics system DMLSS/LogiCole by MTF Assess/monitor MTF compliance DHA HQ metrics standards applications Maintain competence of logistics DASHBOARDS Applicants will not be considered if they do not have DMLSS or LogiCole experience Manage Temperature Sensitive Medical Product TSMP standards reporting across NCR Ensures compliance with DHA MEDLOG Assessment Checklist Assists evaluation analysis recommendation potential new technology adoption improvement particularly areas technological architecture information collaboration security system integration emerging technologies Writes updates SOPs as required Participates acquisition support activities related new hardware/software design features ensures all Government laws regulations policies procedures Performs duties broad scope complexity providing guidance assist analysis development design modification plan installation evaluation correct system functionality malfunctions on complex patient care systems vitally interrelated dispersed subsystems Provides technical guidance staff implementing DHAMEDLOG HTM programs Oversight ensure maintenance medical systems Technical assistance other NCRMTF staff on complex electronic electrical equipment systems Facilitate meetings prepare briefings ensure all logistics task requirement met Development DHN-NCRN Network Quality Support Sustainment Plan related all medical devices assure appropriate lifecycle management safety integration across region
