Job summary
The Patient Care Coordinator Pharmacy Technician is responsible for the overall care of the facilities and serve as their primary point of contact. They are responsible for processing new prescriptions received from the facilities, managing resident profiles, providing customer service, and coordinating with other departments to ensure the customer's needs are met.Responsibilities
- Inputs patient data and medication orders into a computer system to produce labels (data entry)
- Communicates with internal and external customers in a pleasant and professional manner
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned facilities, coordinating with other departments when necessary
