Supervisor Office Operations YVMC

This role is responsible for supervising daily staff activities in assigned areas and/or functions.

The supervisor determines, coordinates and supervises daily staffing assignments and levels. They provide direction, orientation, training, coaching, and mentoring to staff. Additionally, they assess the quality of services delivered and facilitate staff development programs.

The successful candidate will have a high school diploma or GED and at least 3 years of related work experience.
