    Description

    We are seeking a highly organized and responsible Business Office Manager to join our organization.

    In this position, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our business office and accounts to keep it running smoothly.


    Primary Job Responsibilities:
    Accounts Payable
    Processing employee expense reports
    Credit Card reconciliation
    Backup for payroll processing
    Accounts Receivable
    Bank reconciliations monthly
    Monthly P&L preparation and financial reporting
    File business entity reports for each state
    Work with external accountant for yearly 1099 and tax preparation

    Company insurance items:
    PL/GL & Workers comp
    Other individual items alongside corporate team as they appear

    Requirements


    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related.
    • Experience with QuickBooks.
    • Medical billing and insurance reimbursement experience preferred.
    • Exposure to payroll practices.
    • General understanding of HR functions.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recordkeeping.
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Suite and other administrative programs.
