    • Responsible for the overall management of clinic operations, including RHC and express clinics.
    • Determines appropriate staffing and scheduling based on the needs of the facility
    • Responsible for hiring and annual employee evaluations for all members of the department (delegated responsibility)
    • Direct supervision of Nursing Supervisors Roseau/Greenbush and Warroad
    • Joint supervision with Medical Director of Advance Practice Providers
    • Responsible for practice management responsibilities. This includes productivity monitoring of providers and implementation of corrective action if needed
    • Ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction by monitoring and evaluating CAHPS survey data. Establish performance standards and quality initiatives.
    • Develop, maintain, and update annually personnel and clinical manuals for all areas of oversight
    • In collaboration with other Directors assure services are provided in a patient focused environment
    • Overall responsibility for development and management of clinic operating and capital budgets.
    • Provide constructive coaching and initiate disciplinary action according to the facility Partnership Guide as needed
    • Has knowledge of billing procedures according to standard operating procedure
    • Places follow-up calls to patients as necessary, i.e. patient complaints, missed appointments, etc
    • Monitors departments effectiveness by evaluating, initiating, and participating in restructuring of current and new programs
    • Sets goals and provides data and reports to the Quality & Performance Improvement Department.
    • Direct departmental goals for future Performance Improvement activities
    • Develop and present educational programs for other professionals and staff as appropriate in areas of expertise upon request
    • Obtains and maintains a working knowledge of Rural Health Clinic regulations. Oversees compliance with Rural Health Standards and Joint Commission
    • Effectively communicates departmental, organizational, and industry information to staff
    • Advances the customer service experience in responsible areasDevelops relationships and communication networks with key business and community leaders
    • Represents LifeCare at community functions as needed
    • Serves on local committees as requested.
    • Works closely with other departments and community leaders.
