The Director is responsible for clinical care delivery, for leadership of associates, for fiscal stewardship of the department's resources, the strategic direction and for the creation of a positive clinical and associate work environment.

- In collaboration with physician partner(s), develops and implements a shared vision and strategic direction for the service line with the goals of achieving growth and market differentiation. ,
- BUILDING RELATIONSHIPS WITH PHYSICIANS AND OTHER PROVIDERS TO INCREASE ALIGNMENT AND COLLABORATION ,
- RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DELIVERY OF EFFECTIVE PATIENT CARE THROUGH STAFF ASSOCIATES ,
