- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and knowledgeable manner
- Understand and effectively communicate the features and benefits of our new and used vehicles
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives with potential customers
- Manage and maintain an assigned customer database for followup and sales opportunities
- Negotiate sales price, including any tradeins, financing options, and aftermarket addons
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and quotas
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Keep uptodate with product knowledge and trends in the auto industry
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and efficient sales process
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process
- High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred
- 12 years of sales experience, preferably in the auto industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Knowledge of financing and leasing options
- Must have a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record
- Proficient with technology and able to learn dealershipspecific software
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings

Job DescriptionJob Summary:
As a Sales Consultant for Berglund Ford Mazda, you will responsible for generating and maximizing sales of new and used vehicles.
You will be the face of our dealership and have the opportunity to build relationships with customers, showcase our inventory, and provide exceptional customer service while meeting sales targets.
Compensation & Benefits:
This is a commission-only position with a potential monthly earning range of $2500 to $8000, paid semi-monthly.
Benefits include a competitive commission structure, ongoing training and development opportunities, and access to our company's health and wellness programs.
Paid vacation first year. 4 1/2 day work week. Managed 401k and health insurance.Responsibilities:
