- Provide clinical and administrative supervision to therapists
- Collaborate with Executive Director, program staff, and other treatment team members to ensure continuity of supervision for therapists and best treatment for students
- Mediate, facilitate and coordinate conflicts that may arise between therapists or the clinical department and other departments
- Ensure therapists are in compliance with documentation and paperwork
- Participate in the recruiting, hiring and on-boarding of new therapists
- Provide therapeutic treatment for students as directed by the Executive Director
- Master's Degree and State Licensure Required (Associate Licensure Accepted)
- Must be at least 21+ years of age
- Minimum of five years' experience working with clients in applicable setting preferred
- Excellent leadership skills, strong communication skills, and must be creative with excellent problem-solving skills
- Must be able to pass a Background Criminal Investigation
- Must hold a valid driver's license with clean driving record
- CPR/First Aid Certification
