    Our beautiful apartment community in Springdale, AR, is seeking a skilled and experienced Apartment Maintenance Service Technician to join our maintenance team. If you are HVAC/EPA certified and looking for a varied and diverse role with a successful, growing company, this is an excellent opportunity for you

    Responsibilities:

    • Perform all maintenance and repair work for the apartments, supportive buildings, common areas, breezeways, irrigation systems, and grounds.
    • Complete all service requests within one business day except in extraordinary circumstances.
    • Coordinate housekeeping, carpet & floor repairs, and other turnkey work in vacant apartments.
    • Maintain the maintenance shop in a neat, organized, and adequately stocked condition.
    • Be on call for 24-hour emergency maintenance service while maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.

    Qualifications:

    • HVAC or EPA certification preferred.
    • Pool operation and maintenance experience preferred.
    • Minimum 3 years of related work experience preferred.
    • Knowledge of electrical and mechanical aspects of appliance repair, HVAC troubleshooting and repairs, and basic understanding of electricity, refrigeration, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, and irrigation systems.
    • Must be available to work in an on-call capacity related to our 24-hour routine maintenance guarantee.
