    Position: LNA/MNA - Day Shift (Full Time)

    Sign-on Bonus: $3000*

    Join our dedicated team as a Full Time LNA or MNA for Day Shift at RiverWoods Manchester, where we prioritize resident care in a collaborative environment. This position offers 40 hours a week of meaningful work.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Deliver direct care and support residents in daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, and toileting to promote independence.
    • Assist with mobility and functional nursing care per the nursing care plan, including transfers and other mobility aids.
    • Build professional relationships with residents, families, coworkers, and supervisors to foster open communication.
    • Assist with assessments and treatment procedures as outlined by the State Nursing Practice Act and facility policies.
    • Adhere to Infection Control guidelines and protocols, ensuring a safe environment for all.
    • Support care protocols for falls prevention, safety, behavior management, and nutritional needs.
    • Follow instructions from the Nurse Leader, observe changes in residents' physical or mental health, and maintain organized living spaces.
    • Understand and uphold established facility protocols regarding Resident Rights, Abuse reporting, HIPAA, and emergency responses.
    • Encourage resident participation in social and recreational activities.
    • Accurately document care provided through LNA flow sheets and other necessary records.

    Qualifications:

    • Current NH LNA License
    • Preferred prior experience working directly with senior citizens
    • Strong desire to positively impact the lives of others in a respected retirement community.
