    Your responsibilities


    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES knowledge or background in the following. Other duties may be assigned.

    Read and understand GD&T on drawings

    Set-up machining center to process components to the drawing(s)

  • Fanuc control knowledge with use of G&M codes
  • Tooling verification and work shift setting from programming
  • Drawing datum understanding
  • Quality machinist tools (supplied) to inspect machined components
  • Review of speeds and feeds to yield quality parts
  • Safe Crane & Rigging background for loading and moving of components

    Legibly document dimensional values and maintain orderly documentation

    Properly maintains machine(s) to insure maximum machine performance

    Maintains a neat and orderly work area and performs all duties and operations in a safe manner in accordance with all Company rules and safety procedures

    QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

    To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.   • Technical Must be skilled in blue print reading and GD&T.
  • Mathematical math skills must include addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division of fractions and decimals. Must be knowledgeable of metric conversions. Knowledge and ability to apply basic algebra, plane geometry.
  • Computers and Electronics Knowledge of electronic equipment and computer hardware and software including applications supported and used by Company as required for this job ex. Mp2 and Production Data recording.
  • Active Learning Understanding the implications of new information for both current and further problem-solving and decision-making
  • EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

    Some high school courses completed.

    Previous machining experience required.
