Responsibilities include spending time at aggregates asphalt and ready mix plants learning production requirements estimating and planning plant operations quality control assurance material specification compliance with osha and msha regulations physical demands include standing walking using hands fingers manipulating objects or controls climbing balancing stooping kneeling crouching crawling talking hearing vision abilities close distance peripheral depth adjusting focus weather conditions sitting climbing using hands frequently required stand walk crawl kneel bend reach hand arms shoulders exert up lbs move objects lbs force occasionally risk electrical shock burn noise level moderate typical moderate elements criteria successfully perform job other duties assigned modification by Company designees reasonable accommodations individuals disabilities perform essential functions.
