Inova's Fairfax Medical Campus is looking for a dedicated Laboratory Technical Specialist with strong knowledge of flow cytometry.This role will be Full Time Day Shift: 10:30am – 19:00pm, Monday-Friday with occasional weekends.

Responsibilities
- Training new staff, and competency assessment.
- Follows standard protocol for patient/donor identification and specimen/blood product labeling including final verification.
- Prepares and distributes specimens to departments according to specimen requirement and priority delivery.
